By the end of the first quarter of 2025, we are opening a new office in Australia. 

 

This new division will be involved in mining geophysics and hydrogen, in collaboration with our partner, Avalio.

 

Avalio has drilled a hydrogen well in Nebraska and has an interest in exploring hydrogen in Alberta where there's a Precambrian rift.

The Australian geoscience sector contributed approximately $76 billion to the Australian economy in 2021-22, supporting around 80,000 full-time equivalent jobs. With nearly 80 percent of the country still underexplored, the growth potential is immense.

We believe that partnering with key players in the oil and gas, mining, and renewable energy sectors, as well as government agencies, will unlock significant synergies that enhance our collective reach and boost revenue for both organizations.

Our focus on developing innovative methodologies for the mining sector is a critical component of our strategy. ​

We are pleased to announce that Tesseral going forward will now be ‘Tesseral Ai’

 

This rebranding signifies more than just a name change; it represents the most significant shift in direction and perspective in our company's 27-year history.

 

Previously, our Tesseral software was primarily recognized for its invaluable role in seismic acquisition, and we intend to continue supporting our software (Tesseral 2D, Tesseral Pro, Tesseral 3D) for this purpose.

 

Looking ahead, our ambition is to promote modeling as a crucial instrument throughout the entire lifecycle of geophysical and geological interpretation. We aim to establish Tesseral modeling software as the indispensable tool for training supervised AI and machine learning.
